At Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing, we pride ourselves on our outstanding homemade meals. We have several different levels of quality depending on your group and budget…all will be sure to please. Whether its Southern-style barbecue or Filet Mignon that your group prefers, our kitchen staff will exceed your culinary expectations. All of our meals are prepared fresh in our kitchen and served buffet style in our lodge. The following is a sample of menus we serve, but please feel free to call and speak with our Corporate Group Coordinator if you have a particular meal in mind or specific dietary restrictions.

Breakfast (your choice of either)

Traditional Southern Breakfast
Pancakes or French toast, Eggs, Bacon or Sausage, Grits, Homemade Biscuits with Gravy, and Fruit

Continental Breakfast
A selection of sweet and savory Muffins, Danishes, Bagels, Spreads, and Fresh Fruit Salad

Lunch (your choice of)

Homemade Pizza
A selection of pizzas on homemade crust. This meal includes a variety of Gourmet-Style and Traditional Pizza. Served with garlic and herbed Foccacia and Garden Salad with a variety of dressings.

Fajitas
Warm flour tortillas served with a variety of fillings: Chargrilled Vegetables, Beef, Chicken, Beans, Rice, and a wide selection of toppings, including Cheese, homemade Guacamole, and Tomatillo sauce.

BBQ
Starting with Jared’s Famous Ribs, this meal includes gourmet Hamburgers, Kielbasa or other sausage, Vegetable Kebobs, and Corn on the Cob. Served with a fine selection of fixin’s and salads

Cold Cut Buffet
Exceptional selection of Breads and Rolls with a variety of Cold Cuts, homemade Pulled-Pork BBQ, and a wide selection of condiments and salads. Served with homemade soup. 

Dinner (your choice of one or a combination of)

Baked Salmon Filet
With dill and lemon butter. Served with Roasted Garlic New Potatoes

Grilled Chicken Breast
Marinated and char-grilled in citrus and herbs. Served with Roasted Garlic New Potatoes.

Louisiana-Style Blackened Chicken
Served with a medley of mashed Sweet and Regular Potatoes, Southern-style Biscuits, and homemade Gravy.

Vegetable Kabobs over Wild Rice
With Cucumber Salad and Homemade Bruschetta with Roma Tomatoes, Garlic, and Basil

Beef Wellington
Steak Tenderloin wrapped in pastry dough. Served with homemade Bearnaise Sauce and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. 

***All dinner entrees are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables, a fresh garden salad, and dinner rolls.
